4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we accept payment methods supported by Stripe.
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the HappyPanda website.
- Refunds are only offered on a prorated basis for unused time within the subscription period.
5. Data Retention Policy
- Feedback submitted through our service will be retained for up to one year after an account is canceled.
- Feedback and associated data from accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms will be deleted immediately.
6. Restrictions on Submitted Content
Users are prohibited from submitting content through HappyPanda that:
- Violates any laws or regulations.
- Is obscene, offensive, or discriminatory.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions and terminate the accounts of users responsible.

- Third-party services integrated into HappyPanda include Firebase, Stripe, and Plausible for analytics and payment processing.

8. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Data from accounts terminated due to violations will be deleted immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Junghard Software AB assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of HappyPanda.
- The service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in small claims court in Gothenburg, Sweden.
11. Opt-Out of Communications
Users can opt out of newsletters and other non-essential communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or adjusting their preferences through the HappyPanda website.
12. Amendments to the Terms
